Nitin Gupta
President and Founder
Nitin is responsible for building RadixThink from a concept to an organization that is now redefining the way recruitment is done. Nitin is a visionary and a thought leader with a constant belief that things can always be done better.

Nitin is responsible for defining RadixThink’s strategy and driving business development. He is a firm believer in the power of personalization and makes it a point to oversee each and every client relationship himself.

Nitin comes to RadixThink with a diverse experience in client management and recruitment. He was responsible for Business Development for TechSpan in the Investment Banking space. He handled recruitment in the US and the UK markets for Headstrong, a $120 mn IT outsourcing company supporting clients like Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs. He was also responsible for setting up the offshore recruitment process for Headstrong.

Nitin has completed his Masters of Business Administration degree from the reputed Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Asia's premier business school.
